We advance public understanding of scientific concepts and techniques in the field of microscopy through programs, research, professional training, and outreach. We design accessible learning opportunities — workshops, lectures, hands‑on training, and public seminars — for learners of all ages and backgrounds, with a special focus on underserved communities.

Public benefit
All activities are conducted for the benefit of the public; no earnings inure to any private individual.

Upon dissolution, assets will be distributed to one or more organizations recognized as tax‑exempt under Section 501(c)(3).
